What is permanent makeup?
Permanent makeup (also called micropigmentation) is, plain and simple, facial tattoo.  I don't use the same products or tools that a traditional body tattooist uses, but in theory, it is the same.  A traditional body tattooist goes deep as the depth of a nickel, a permanent makeup artist goes as deep as the depth of a dime.

When you come to my office, you will be asked to give a medical history, to see if permanent makeup is right for you.  If you have Diabetes, Glaucoma (or some other serious illness), or use blood thinners for the heart (or some other serious medications), permanent makeup might not be for you.  If you can get a doctors release, you could still get permanent makeup.

I have 4 kinds of topical anesthetics, and will make you as comfortable as possible.  Most people say that on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the worst), their pain is from a 0 to 3.  I also have soft music and teddy bears to help you relax.

You and I will work together to pick colors that will give you a natural beauty with no makeup on.  When you have the correct colors on your face, flaws are diminished.  You can always put more, or a different color, on over your permanent makeup for special occasions.  Your permanent makeup is under your skin not on it.  Your skin tones will make the permanent makeup, your one of a kind color, special only on you.

    Permanent makeup doesn't melt!!!!
You can walk, run, work, swim, golf, dance all night.  Your lip color will not get on your glass.  Your eyeliner won't run and your brows will still be there in the morning.

You will wakeup with makeup every morning.
Is it taking longer and longer to get ready in the morning?  Have a professional apply your makeup once and for all, and be ready when you roll out of bed every day.  The time that you will save and the freedom you will have, will be worth every penny.

   Permanent makeup lips
immediately after procedure
You can see some bruising.

Blue eyeliner ( top only, thicker towards the outside) immediately after, with pain control on her lashes.
These are the brows of an elderly lady. She wanted off black, hair strokes.  She has a few wild hairs outside of her new brows, they will be plucked on another day.
This is minimal eyeliner (enhancement) and brown eyeshadow.  She wanted a natural, but sultry look.  This is immediately after and there is more swelling with eye shadow procedure.  I want you to see the immediately after pictures so you can see that there is some swelling.  With an experienced permanent makeup artist, your swelling is minimal.
