This migration (the blue under and around her eye) is caused by the use of tattoo ink. Please do not let some one tattoo your makeup with tattoo ink. It will be black and turn blue (or green). It will migrate (and be there for the rest of your life). This will have to be removed by a doctor with a laser.

This is an over plucked brow. It is too far from the nose and too low to the eye. The shape has been corrected to the proper distance from the nose and raised giving a more balanced and open eye.
This was done with the hair stroke technique, the same color as her hair. Her natural brow hair was trimmed to the skin for the procedure and will grow back to cover the tattoo. Now, she just has to pluck or wax any hairs outside the tattoo.
Her natural hair over the tattoo will have a pleasing 3 dimensional look. If she had no natural brow hair, then the hair strokes would have been done in 3 or more colors to give a 3 dimensional look.

This client came to me with purple brows and gray blue eyeliner. First the color corrections were done. She had colored brown hair with green undertones. Her brows were matched to her hair tones for a totally coordinated look.
At six weeks, hairstrokes were applied to her brows and a soft smudge green eyeliner (to match and highlight her eyes). The result was wonderful.
She had a 4 hour drive and stayed the night at a casino Hotel (her husband had a great time golfing). Her friends say she looks radiant, rested, and "Did you have something done?".
